The fabric is the star of this beautiful and easy to wear dress! I believe it is from the 1970's, and it is the prettiest shade of blue with overall white stylized flowers. This dress style is cool and breezy, with a swishy a-line skirt and cap sleeves. The boduce is cut on the bias, with bust darts and an elastic waist. This dress is a pull-over style (button placket is faux) with the bias cut giving it just the right amount of stretch.
